Bailly Lapierre
Located in the heart of Burgundy in the picturesque village of Bailly, Domaine Bailly Lapierre is a key name in the world of Crémant de Bourgogne. Heirs to a rich winemaking tradition, the winemakers at this exceptional estate craft sparkling wines that capture the very essence of their terroir.
Surrounded by limestone hills, Domaine Bailly Lapierre boasts extensive underground cellars, once ancient stone quarries, that provide ideal conditions for aging crémant. In this cool, constant environment, the delicate bubbles of their wines come to life, creating a harmonious dance of flavors and aromas.
Each bottle is the result of ancestral expertise combined with modern techniques. Bailly Lapierre Crémants are distinguished by their freshness, finesse, and elegance, offering fruity and floral notes that dance on the palate.
Committed to environmentally friendly viticulture, the winemakers of Bailly Lapierre take pride in producing wines that are not only delightful but also a true reflection of a preserved ecosystem.
