Valencay Blanc
L'appellation Valençay se situe dans la région viticole de la Loire, en France. Bien que cette appellation soit plus connue pour ses vins rouges et rosés, le Valençay blanc offre également une belle expression des cépages blancs de la région. Typiquement élaboré à partir d'un assemblage de Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay et Chenin Blanc, le Valençay blanc se distingue par sa fraîcheur, ses arômes d'agrumes, de fleurs blanches et parfois une pointe minérale. La vivacité de ce vin en fait un excellent compagnon pour les fruits de mer, le poisson ou les fromages de chèvre locaux, notamment le célèbre fromage Valençay en forme de pyramide tronquée.
