Valencay Rouge
Située dans la région du Centre-Loire, l'appellation Valençay est connue autant pour ses vins que pour son fromage éponyme. En matière de vin rouge, Valençay utilise principalement les cépages pinot noir, gamay, côt (malbec) et cabernet franc. Les vins rouges de Valençay présentent des arômes de fruits rouges et noirs, comme la framboise, la cerise et le cassis, parfois agrémentés de nuances épicées. En bouche, ces vins sont légers à moyennement corsés, avec une belle fraîcheur et des tanins souples.
