L'appellation IGP Côtes Catalanes rosé concerne des vins rosés produits dans la région du Roussillon, au sud de la France. Bénéficiant du climat méditerranéen ensoleillé, ces rosés sont souvent fruités et rafraîchissants, offrant des notes de baies rouges, de fleurs et d'agrumes.
