L'appellation Gaillac blanc, distinguée dès 1938, incarne l'excellence du vignoble du Sud-Ouest de la France, s'épanouissant dans le Tarn, au nord-est de Toulouse. Ce terroir historique, berceau d'une viticulture ancestrale, bénéficie d'un microclimat doux, enrichi par des sols variés et un vent méditerranéen d'autan.
