Located in Cravant-les-Côteaux, at the heart of the Chinon appellation, Domaine Philippe Alliet is a benchmark for Cabernet Franc wines in the Loire Valley. Managed by the father-son duo Philippe and Pierre Alliet, this 12-hectare estate is renowned for its pursuit of low yields and optimally ripened fruit. Their wines, celebrated for their remarkable purity and balance, are the result of rigorous vineyard management and meticulous winemaking, showcasing the exceptional Chinon terroir.

Chinon Rouge

L'appellation Chinon Rouge désigne des vins rouges produits autour de la commune de Chinon, située dans la vallée de la Loire, en France. Élaborés principalement à partir du cépage Cabernet Franc, les Chinon rouges se caractérisent par leur bouquet de fruits rouges, comme la framboise et le cassis, agrémenté de notes de poivron vert et parfois de nuances florales. Avec une structure tannique modérée et une vive acidité, ces vins sont à la fois fruités et équilibrés, pouvant être consommés jeunes ou après quelques années de garde. Ils accompagnent parfaitement les viandes grillées, les volailles et les fromages de chèvre locaux.
