Les vignes de Borie de Maurel sont agrippées, dans la caillasse, aux pentes de la Montagne noire. Ce terroir a, depuis des lustres, un nom : le petit Causse. Il est si particulier qu’il a donné naissance en 1999 à l’AOC La Livinière, première appellation village du Languedoc. 35 hectares de diversité entre terres chaudes et hautes tenus par Michel Escande, vigneron à la vocation tardive. Ici Aux Halles, nous nous demandons ce qu'il en aurait été s'il était tombé dedans petit !

Minervois Rouge

L'appellation Minervois rouge se situe dans le Languedoc, au sud de la France, entre Carcassonne et Béziers. Les vins rouges de Minervois sont principalement élaborés à partir de cépages tels que le Grenache, la Syrah et le Carignan.
