L'appellation Castillon - Côtes de Bordeaux, située à l'est de Saint-Émilion, est reconnue pour ses vins rouges profonds et charpentés. Principalement élaborés à partir des cépages Merlot, Cabernet Franc et Cabernet Sauvignon, ces vins offrent des arômes de fruits rouges mûrs, de prune, avec des nuances de violette et d'épices.
