L'appellation Côtes de Bourg Rouge désigne des vins rouges produits dans la région de Bourg, située sur la rive droite de l'estuaire de la Gironde, près de Bordeaux. Élaborés principalement à partir des cépages Merlot et Cabernet Sauvignon, ces vins se distinguent par leurs notes de fruits rouges mûrs, de prune, d'épices, avec parfois une pointe minérale. Les Côtes de Bourg rouges sont souvent charpentés, ronds en bouche, avec des tannins doux. Ils offrent une belle expression du terroir bordelais, mêlant fruité, structure et élégance.
