L'appellation Côtes de Bourg Rouge désigne des vins rouges produits dans la région de Bourg, située sur la rive droite de l'estuaire de la Gironde, près de Bordeaux. Élaborés principalement à partir des cépages Merlot et Cabernet Sauvignon, ces vins se distinguent par leurs notes de fruits rouges mûrs, de prune, d'épices, avec parfois une pointe minérale.
