La Côte-Rôtie est une appellation prestigieuse de la vallée du Rhône septentrional, en France. Elle est particulièrement réputée pour ses vins rouges élaborés principalement à partir de Syrah, avec la possibilité d'ajouter jusqu'à 20% de Viognier. Les vins de la Côte-Rôtie sont connus pour leur complexité, combinant des notes de fruits rouges et noirs, d'épices, d'olives noires et de violette. Ils ont une structure tannique solide mais restent élégants, avec un potentiel de vieillissement notable.
