L'Irancy est un vin rouge issu de la Bourgogne, en particulier de la zone autour du village d'Irancy, près d'Auxerre. Principalement élaboré à partir du cépage Pinot Noir avec la possibilité d'inclure une petite proportion de César, ce vin est reconnu pour ses arômes de fruits rouges, ses nuances épicées et sa structure tannique, le rendant apte au vieillissement. Il accompagne parfaitement les viandes rouges et les fromages affinés.
