Le vignoble de Saint-Emilion, reconnu pour ses terroirs exceptionnels, se distingue par sa tradition viticole riche et son approche innovante. Grâce à un sol varié, allant des côtes argilo-calcaires aux plaines sablo-graveleuses, cette appellation propose des vins principalement basés sur le Merlot, complétés par le Cabernet Franc, le Cabernet Sauvignon, et parfois le Malbec.
