Castillon - Cotes De Bordeaux
L'appellation Castillon - Côtes de Bordeaux, située à l'est de Saint-Émilion, est reconnue pour ses vins rouges profonds et charpentés. Principalement élaborés à partir des cépages Merlot, Cabernet Franc et Cabernet Sauvignon, ces vins offrent des arômes de fruits rouges mûrs, de prune, avec des nuances de violette et d'épices. Structurés et dotés de tannins bien présents, ils possèdent un bon potentiel de garde, bien que beaucoup puissent être appréciés dans leur jeunesse.
