Jaillance
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Drôme Valley, the Cave de Jaillance is a testament to both tradition and innovation. Since its founding in 1950, this cooperative has preserved the authenticity of its wines while adapting to modern tastes.
Jaillance’s pride is undoubtedly the Clairette de Die, a sweet and fruity sparkling wine made primarily from the Muscat grape. With its delicate bubbles and aromas of exotic fruit and roses, this cuvée is a true symbol of the region.
But the Cave de Jaillance goes beyond just one wine. It also produces "Crémant de Die," a drier, more sophisticated sparkling wine, as well as other still wines that highlight the region’s unique terroir.
Committed to environmentally friendly practices, Jaillance is also known for its efforts in sustainable viticulture. Respect for the terroir and nature is at the heart of their mission, ensuring that each bottle reflects a preserved landscape.
Clairette De Die
