Edelzwicker
L'appellation Edelzwicker est spécifique à la région d'Alsace, en France. Il s'agit d'un vin blanc d'assemblage composé de différents cépages alsaciens, tels que le Riesling, le Gewurztraminer, le Pinot blanc et le Muscat. Le nom "Edelzwicker" signifie "noble mélange" en vieux dialecte alsacien.
