Sainte Foy Bordeaux Rouge

L'appellation Sainte-Foy Bordeaux, située à l'est de la région de Bordeaux, produit des vins rouges principalement à partir des cépages Merlot, Cabernet Franc et Cabernet Sauvignon. Ces vins présentent des arômes de fruits rouges et noirs, souvent complétés par des notes de tabac, de cuir et d'épices. En bouche, ils sont bien structurés, avec des tanins mûrs et une acidité équilibrée. Ils se marient bien avec des viandes rôties, des fromages et des plats traditionnels du Sud-Ouest.
